Before You Write

A few details help me answer faster. If your message is about a specific app, please include:

  • The name of the app and its version
  • Your macOS version
  • What you did, what you expected and what happened instead
  • A screenshot, if it helps

What to Expect

I build and support every app myself, so I read each message personally. I reply within a few working days, and usually sooner. If your question is about one app, its own support page gets your message to the same place with the app already filled in.
